| Osteria del buttero is the ideal place for the man who searches an extraordinary meeting among taste and aromas, among typical dish and innovation, in a cosy atmosphere where tradition, genuineness, gastronomic creativity, and an optimal drink are in home made. The restaurant sites among the Borgo Nuovo and the Borgo Vecchio of Pescia Romana. Inside the restaurant there are 3 dining rooms completely reconstruct, the Saletta del Buttero and the Sala Nuova Romagna at the first level, and the Sala Sole di Maremma in the basement. At the first level there is also a little bar or the breakfast and for the coffee tasting. Is possible to eat in the open air in summer and in front of the fireplace in winter. At your disposal a cellar whit a vast choice o Italian wine rights to exalt the taste of every dish. Moreover you can buy some typical product like marmalades, wine, bitters, grappa, lemon liqueur, and olive oil “extra-vergine”. At the superior flat there are 8 rooms, with a simple interior decoration, where you can lodge. At 100mt from the principal structure there are 2 apartments for your holidays: Le Casette. To receive you Alberto, Lisetta and Paola in a cosy and hospitable atmosphere. |
